Risveglio Naturale - Maissana

We visited this restaurant as part of a 7 day food and wine tour of the Liguria region. The regional specialities were freshly made with home grown and locally sourced ingredients. The lunch was relaxed and friendly, with the owners/cooks, Francesca and Emmanuel, happily describing each of the dishes as they were brought to the table. Not as 'up market ' as some of the restaurants we visited, but by far one of the best for the atmosphere and food. The pasta melted in my mouth some of the best pasta I have eaten.

Siamo dovuti scappare dalla routine dei nostri giorni e dal rumore della città. siamo venuti qui nel mezzo del cibo più totale per trovare amici emanuel e francescani. posto meraviglioso, relax più totale, cucina eccellente, camere molto belle, super pulizia, ospitalità e risveglio con uccelli che cantano. E se vuoi abbandonarti a un massaggio, emanuele ha le mani d'oro. Grazie ancora, torneremo sicuramente presto.

Il ristorante è bellissimo, la cucina è eccellente e gestita con passione, e i proprietari sono meravigliosi. Torneremo sicuramente.

Mio marito ed io, e per alcuni anni mia madre, frequentiamo questa fattoria da molto tempo e sempre più volentieri! Francesca ed Emanuele sono ormai cari amici. Il cibo è ottimo: abbondante ma non eccessivo. Da loro abbiamo imparato molto sulla vita rurale; immersi in un castagneto, respiriamo aria pulita e tranquillità. Ci torneremo ogni volta che sarà possibile e lo consigliamo vivamente!
