To top i... read more The service yesterday was completely overwhelmed. First, the wrong burger arrived, then the fries were missing entirely (despite my repeated requests). To top it all off, the wrong amount was then deducted from my card. The organization and communication here urgently need improvement.

The cozy atmosphere is particularly successful: stylish decor, pleasant lighting, and an overall very inviting ambiance that makes you feel right at home. All in all, a place you'd gladly return to – with a bit more structure in the service, it would even be a clear 5-star favorite.
