When we asked for hand-filtered coffee when ordering (if available on the board), we were tempted to talk it out quickly and instead to offer filter coffee from the filter machine. The argument was that he would taste just as hand filtered and would also be a little cheaper. We replied that from our point of view a hand-filtered coffee tastes very differently (in our opinion better) than with the filtering machine and we would like to pay more for it. Although we were contradicted, we got two hand-filtered coffees. The Ethiopian rainforest coffee has tasted us well and the furnishings were very nice about 2 stars. The “service” especially in dealing with customers unfortunately leaves much to be desired.
