Hoa Mai - Mainz

The main dish was very tasty and would have earned 4 stars. there was a drop-off at the appetizer. the steam noodle was in the middle rock hard and unfortunately a little fad. the long waiting period was not so nice:-( the staff was always friendly

Because I had Vietnamese roots and wanted to eat Vietnamese again, I was having dinner with my friend there. the service was fast and friendly. the portions are generous. after eating, one is more than saturated by the nudelsuppen. I have always been disappointed by the appetizers. the spring rolls are not freshly prepared, but are very small from the deep-cooled shelf and also the banh baos are very small and while eating a little hard and not yet fully cooked. the main courts, however, are very recommended. all in all, however, we liked it very much and we like to come again.
