I placed a phone order during the pandemic and asked if I could pay over the phone, but the employee told me that she couldn’t do that because she was busy. I was actually sitting outside, and there were only two cars present. I didn't see anyone go in, and I only saw one customer come out. When I went inside to question why they claimed to be busy, the staff member became even ruder. When I asked for the manager's name, she informed me that she was canceling my order. It's important to note that I have breathing issues and cannot wear a mask for extended periods, so a quick phone payment would have helped me avoid that. If you're going to stay open during a pandemic, at least show some compassion towards your customers. We certainly don't need to be treated with such disrespect. There was another instance where this same employee was rude to my daughter and her friend. They were even told to look up the menu online instead of being given a physical menu. From what I've seen in other reviews, the owner seems just as rude. I won't be returning to this restaurant, and I'll be sure to share my experience with everyone I know—I'll even post about it on social media.

It turned out to be a good ch... read more I was planning to visit this restaurant, but after reading the reviews and the owner's responses to them, I've decided to skip it. It turned out to be a good choice. I frequently take trips to New York, and it's not my fault that the restaurant has received such poor feedback.
