Jamba - Main St, Westminster

Girl was helping someone In front of me. As soon as she was done helping her, she turned off the lights in front of me and left me standing there. She didn't have the courtesy to tell me she closed. Google stated they close at 7. I was there at 5:55pm

I like fresh orange juice, however, I don't get my fresh orange juice most of the time. Their fresh orange juice squeezing machine is broken most of the time (9x out of 10x). In addition, the store isn't clean, the floor is dirty. Not recommended.

I went to this Jamba Juice 4 times in 3 months because I work at the mall. I ask if they have freshly squeezed Orange juice and they said the machine is down. All four times I went, the orange juice machine is not good? Are they intentionally not making any or is there a lack of resources for oranges? I went to another Jamba Juice location outside the mall and their orange juice machine works well and they got a lot of oranges prepared.

Great customer service!!! I ordered a smoothie and it didn't meet my expectations from previous times, so I decided to write an email to Jamba Juice. Within 24 hours the store called me up, apologizing that the quality didn't meet expectations and offered the next smoothie will be on them !! Truly great customer service !!!

The employees at this location are very sweet and attentive. Thank you.
