I was craving pizza and Googled and found this place. Staff was very friendly and the pizza reminded me of my childhood pizza parlor. I will definitely make a trip to Bisbee when I'm wanting a great pizza(not a chain) Oh and the prices are good too! I will have to try their Gyros or sandwich sometime soon! View all feedback.

This business is located in the safeway plaza. The hours of operation suit the owner. Make sure you read the sign otherwise they will let you know! Open to dine in for lunch only 2 hours, from 12-2pm. But its not recommemded. Take out service is 5-7 pm. If the owner knows you, you can wait inside until order is completed. The pizza was so flavorful. I have never had such a great pizza. If you haven’t tried Pizzarama it is a must try. Family owned and so friendly.

Wow, for the first time in many years, I thought I was back in Detroit. Gus (the owner) greeted us in a rough but friendly style. No messing around as he was very busy. He made us feel at home as he took our order. We loved the beer, the gyros, and the pizza. The prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere is right out of the 1980s but still comfortable. Many Greek memorabilia are there. It's refreshing to have an owner so involved and appreciative of our business.
Chris Bianco in Phoenix a world renowned pizza chef can't even come close. I've had pizza everywhere as a content creator. This beats Oprah's fave bianco pizzeria in Phoenix. It beats Raos in New York. This place serves real GREEK pizza. The best in AZ. This is a foodie safe haven
Been coming to Gus the Greek since 2012 and always have had a great meal and experience. Some reviews have stated negative comments about Gus. But he IS the real deal. GREEK American. He is crusty but a good Human Being. His food is consistently good and as a family owned business everyone there provides excellent customer service. Bisbee is fortunate to have such a treasure. They only have dine in service during lunch and takeout for dinner due to staff shortages.
