As a vegan, I tried all the dishes on the plant based menu and I must say that I was amazed! Every forkful was an explosion of flavours! All dishes were presented with great care and attention! Excellent combinations and presentation! The staff was very helpful and friendly! The chef, who came out when the dessert was ordered, asked us for our opinion on the dishes tasted; humility, enthusiasm and generosity (having also offered me an additional dessert) were not lacking. Truly a wonderful experience! Thank you with all my heart! Very elegant restaurant inside the Four Seasons in Milan in Via Gesù, perfect dinner and equally good dishes with a mix of really interesting flavours. Each dish presented beautifully. My lamb was very tender and tasty. I have to compliment all the guys in the room who pampered and welcomed us since it was our first dinner here. Friendly and very nice. We will definitely be back. Compliments to the chef. The beautiful hotel is also worth seeing, the Christmas decorations leave you speechless. Lovely place.
