I went to the Baia with the idea of eating a simple pizza. I had a unique experience, I traveled around Italy thanks to the descriptions of Sabrina the owner, who selects and experiences every ingredient. I liken the experience of going to the Langhe in Piedmont to visiting a winery. Finding an experience of the same uniqueness in a city like Milan makes everything even more unique.
