Very improvised staff, totally inexperienced, constantly disturbing with useless interventions.... The quality of the food is not bad but nothing exceptional. I took a seared tuna fillet, with grilled vegetables, really mini dishes and my guest a caesar salad, a water and 2 glasses of short France, a portion of potatoes baked, RAW total €50.50 a bit much for a lunch and given the portions and the location. As for the place, we didn't ask for anything, given the time, not yet peak, we asked if we could sit at a comfortable secluded table, given that you have tables of 2 all crowded together and not comfortable with zero privacy, the waitress he sat us down without any problem, there was no reservation, there was only 1 occupied table in the restaurant. After bringing us drinks, she made us get up and I found it rude. We very politely asked, if your staff is not coordinated, it is certainly not the consumer's fault. I'll leave aside the raw potatoes and the constant, useless interruptions from your staff and everything else, I think I've already wasted too much time. However, the quality of the food is disappointing, as one would expect it to be significantly higher, both by reading the many positive reviews, both in relation to the price, and to give worthy pairings to the well-stocked wine list. Speaking of wines, we ordered a white by the glass from the only two available. We were served a Chardonnay that will certainly not remain in our memory and that was not even presented to us (we do not know the manufacturer, the vintage or even if it was really a Chardonnay). We ordered a medium platter of cured meats which we would have expected to be a flagship of the place, given that it defines itself as prosciutteria , and which instead were just average, as well as of poor variety (raw, coppa and mortadella). They are accompanied by a common type of bread, incapable of exalting them even in the slightest. The Milanese risotto was pale and with little flavor and this is also a shame for a restaurant called Hambroeus . Let 's get to the cut: the accompanying rocket was dry and yellowed to the point of looking like the bottom of the fridge. The grilled vegetables are of good quality and flavour, unlike the sliced ​​ones (medium rare cooking) with the meat being a little fibrous and flavourless. The €75 bill would have been corrected for higher quality food.
