What ada manzoni doesn't like about Cormorano Sempione:
Total disappointment! Lime and prawn risotto... undercooked rice, three slices of prawn crossed, all loose, without creaming... tonnarelli with sea urchin... dull and not very tasty... sauce not fresh... inattentive and clumsy service... they brought us the wrong wine, cold dishes, long wait to receive the bill. Love every single bite! The service was magnificent, and the food itself was very well made. I can tell that their Ingredients were very fresh as well, as I easily get allergic reaction from the stale ones. The wine choices were also amazing, I had Le Cretes rose pairing perfectly with the dishes I ordered. Last but not least, the Tiramisu was soooo delicious!
