Some may also find the owner's arrogant and self-satisfied attitude amusing, but there is a limit to everything. The truth is, she's just extremely rude.
Depends on how Norie turns, sometimes very kind and nice, then aggressive bang. I explain the matter: during the evening, Norie indicates the bathroom to my girlfriend, and both I and she use it without problems. Then, suddenly, while my girlfriend is going for a second time, she stops her and attacks her verbally. We remain mortified both by not understanding the sudden change of mood of the hostess.
