The Bull - Maidstone

Went for lunch with a couple of friends. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Kim Jade looked after us very well. I can recommend the pumpkin masala soup

Nice lunch at the Bull. Served by Deb and Kim, who are always very pleasant and helpful. Sat in the conservatory overlooking the green.

The service at this restaurant was amazing! Even though we didn't have a reservation and it was a busy dinner time at 6:40 pm, they managed to find us a table. We ordered our food through the app, which was easy to do. The customer service was excellent, with the staff always eager to help and doing their best to make our experience enjoyable. Both of our dinners were delicious. I had the katsu curry, which was the best I've ever had, and my partner enjoyed the macaroni cheese, which he said was really yummy. The staff checked in on us to make sure everything was okay and that we were happy. We definitely plan on returning, especially since the prices are good and I even received a discount with my blue light card.

Jade and Kim provided us with excellent service, always wearing smiles and willing to accommodate any request. The food was delivered promptly and arrived hot. The pudding was absolutely delicious.

The pie was undercooked and floury, and my wife's fish cakes were burnt on the bottom. She had to cut off the burnt parts in order to eat them. The lettuce was slimy and inedible, and the button mushrooms were tough like bullets. It was clear that whoever cooked our meals was not a trained chef, as the quality was very poor. Despite the waitress's efforts to make things right, there was little she could do to salvage the meal. We will not be returning to this pub restaurant, and we will not recommend it to our family and friends in the Maidstone area.
