Contribute FeedbackPizza Hut received mixed reviews from customers, with some praising the friendly staff and good food quality, particularly the cheesy bites stuffed crust. However, others were disappointed by the lack of pizza variety and quality, especially when visiting near closing time. The restaurant was seen as welcoming with knowledgeable staff, perfect for families with dietary restrictions. While the seating area was cramped and the building felt closed in, the overall experience was enjoyable with great service, reasonable prices, and surprises like birthday greetings. Despite some minor flaws, Pizza Hut provides a fun and tasty dining experience.
Ordered spicy chicken strip and coated cheese . Pic of selling items looks different , then I see after arriving , about taste , chicken oily , very thin coat , not taste just a spicy can feel , cheese are better , but still not best taste of . Not recommend for order . Better order in McDonald :
I could tell this restaurant had a difficult night due to there store recently re-opening due to COVID. The main issue was just the underprepared amount of stock and miscommunication on the kitchens behalf. Other then the long wait and one particular member of staff that rudely ignored us for a hour (even tho he was right next to us of bar dispense) I could honestly say the two lovely female waitresses we had completely made up for that, we had Lisa and Sam (apologies if I have gotten these wrong) and dealt our situation with the respect and honesty every customer deserves and, I couldn’t of been more happy and really goes to show even tho everything could go wrong a little kindness and great customer service can go a long way and can strongly say these girls are a credit to your team and will definitely be returning soon.
You know what you're getting at a Pizza Hut. The food was lovely and tasted fresh. The salad bar was good too. What made this visit 5 star were the lovely staff serving. They made us feel so welcome and were just really personal and nice. My daughter almost choked on a piece of food at one point and the waitress was there in a second to make sure she was OK. The other staff member on that night also agreed to play a small prank on our son regarding something being sold out on the menu. It sounds small but it was funny at the time and it was nice that he went along with it. It is quite a small Hut this one, but for me that made me like it more. Really nice. You should be proud of your staff. Would definitely visit again if I were ever down South this way again.
New to trying this branch, quite small, and quite like being in a goldfish bowl really. I had buffet lunch and husband had his own pizza, can’t complain about either, his was perfect, buffet was kept well stocked, salad well stocked and area kept clean. Lovely staff, very friendly, helpful, lady seemed to be running the show on her own but she coped well and didn’t affect her customer service. I only marked it down 1 point purely because of where the toilets are, I have arthritis and it was a bit of a struggle going up the steep stairs to the toilets, they were spotless though and smelt fresh. Overall, cosy and friendly atmosphere, good food, would return.
We come too this pizza hut on a regular basis, as they have a great gluten free menu, and are extremely knowledgeable on cross-contamination and coeliac disease. So it is a big deal for us too find somewhere that our 6 year old coeliac son loves too eat! The staff are lovely and friendly, and always check back too make sure everything is okay with your meal.
