Mcdonald's - Maidstone

I had ordered the fillet of fish, which I have had many times at other McDonald's locations. Unfortunately, it was terrible - cold, inedible, and looked like it had been cooked hours before. The cleanliness of this McDonald's was lacking compared to others I have visited, with shabby furnishings and overall uncleanliness. I will not be returning to this location again.

My two best friends and I were in Lockmeadow, Maidstone, playing bowling. Afterward, we decided to grab some McDonald's. We have frequented this McDonald's before without any issues. However, when we placed our order, we noticed that the receipt didn't print out and our order number wasn't displayed on the screen. One customer even complained about not receiving their food until 20 minutes later. Many others also grumbled about the long wait for their food. It was ridiculous to consider this place a "fast food" restaurant. Our food arrived cold after a lengthy wait. Many customers were confused about their order numbers due to the malfunctioning machines, resulting in even longer waits for some people. I expected better from this establishment. Please, for the sake of all that is good, improve. I never want to go through an experience like that again.

I frequently visit this McDonald's on Thursdays to pick up takeout for my family after work. I use the app to pre-order and then pick up at the drive-thru. Upon arrival, I receive my drinks and McFlurries, but often have to wait in the carpark for 15-20 minutes, which is not ideal in warmer weather as the ice cream and milkshakes melt quickly. Additionally, dips are often missing from my order despite specifying them in the app. Out of my last 6 visits, 5 times items have been missing, such as a Big Mac, chicken wrap, cheeseburger, and chicken selects. Although I am frustrated with the inconsistency, this McDonald's is the most convenient option for me and my son prefers it over other takeout options for our weekly meal.

Awful service!! Sat at collections window in drive through for about 8 minutes before someone’s opened it. Food was cold and coffee even colder… this is a regular thing here or you get half a portion of chips when you order so that you have to make an uncomfortable situation and complain to get what you paid for. Very poorly run and the worst Mc Donald’s in the the area or anywhere I have used hands down.

I have been to this McDonald’s 3 times now and each time the staff are very polite and helpful! The food is alway hot and quick. They have really nice sofa like seats and a play area to keep the kids happy. You forget it’s a McDonald’s. There is some options missing from the menu (hot chocolate and Carmel frape)
