Mcdonald's - Maidstone

The restaurant appears to be overstaffed and lacks efficiency. We waited a long time for just a couple of coffees.

Out of all the branches in the Maidstone area, this one stands out as the worst in terms of staff incompetence, long wait times, managers belittling staff openly, and sloppy food presentation with burgers spilling out of buns and sauces dripping out onto cold fries. Coffee orders are often forgotten and left to go cold on the shelf, with only half-filled cups of lukewarm milk. While it is known for being fast food, this world-renowned brand lacks any care, pride, or customer service.

I have never eaten at McDonald's because I am a vegetarian, but with their fantastic new veggie plant burger that tastes and feels like a real McDonald's burger, along with their delicious coffee, I must admit I couldn't resist. Their egg and cheese McMuffins are also quite ingenious. I hope McDonald's continues to offer more veggie options, something they should have done years ago, but I am glad they have finally come around.
