Great fast food friendly staff! Ordered a Poor Girl last week…had to search for the hamburger meat! Soggy from swimming in condiments. Looked like a fourth of a patty or less on each half. Hamburgers are great…but no more poor girls for me! View all feedback.
What Jade Ralston doesn't like about Don's Grill:
Giant chunks of egg shells in the egg salad sandwich, shredded my mouth and throat. Used to be my favorite place to get a sandwich, not anymore. Done eating here. Also I asked for wheat and I got white, that's like the 3rd time that's happened, I usually don't care because it taste good anyway. But egg shells don't taste good. I don't think my hotdog was even cooked. It looked raw. And was cold.
Food very hot, but not very good. Staff eager to please with constant drink refills. Recommend trying someplace else for lunch.
Had a real craving for a cheeseburger from Don's, but I was really disappointed. The burger was cold, cheese wasn't melted, even the bun was cold. 3 stars because my husbands burger was hot. So I don't know how that happened other than mine was left sitting out. I understand when you're busy, but that's not an excuse for serving cold food. Customers keep returning for good, consistent service and food, not just because they like giving away their money. I threw mine in the trash because you can't heat it back up once all the condiments are on it.
Totally LOVE their milkshakes, and you can combine flavors (for example: Peanut butter and banana is quite good, makes one think they were drinking a Peanut Butter Banana sandwich)
This is a last resort when you absolutely haven't eaten all day and you just need that double cheeseburger. Haven't wandered any farther down the menu than that. Bring pepto.
