The service was great but the food was just tasteless. Very disappointed that my burrito tasted like nothing. No seasoning maybe? I got a lot in it so was a little confused. I smothered it in sals . I did like that they offered tofu as a meatless option. View all feedback.

My husband and I ordered our food and proceeded to the register when they had some kind of issue with the register, the manager kept walking by saying “still nothing” never stopping once to address or even try to address the issue, we tried 2 credit cards then offered cash nothing worked after standing there for 15 min nobody even suggested we eat and deal with the issue later while our food sat getting cold. Ordered from here numerous times and each time I think my order will not be wrong this time, but it always is. The food is decent although it is not very flavorful. Could be all the missing ingredients. How hard can it be? They leave stuff out every single time, even extras I pay for. They never give the sauces requested on the side either. What is the point of building your own and asking if you want this or that when you don't give it? Bone dry bowls that should have had sauce, same for the stack, no sauce inside. Stuff is consistently missing, and its only a few ingredients being requested. Any burritos they make they never spread out the ingredients, so you pay for guac its either all at the bottom or all at the top or not even there. Some genius puts all the jalapenos at the top making it inedible then the rest of the burrito is tasteless. Total ripoff. Thankfully, unlike a lot of other fast foods, this is very basic, inexpensive and easy food to make yourself and without using nasty soy oil Moe's uses. Tired of spending close to 80 each time and not getting what I am supposed to. Tips, fees, etc all for incompetence and theft. But, thanks for making me realize I could do this myself cheaper, healthier, tastier and not giving YOU anymore of my money.

So many things could have made this a better experience but because nobody seemed to care we never ate and walked out.
I come here whenever I’m visiting home and I just want to take time to praise Roberto! He always is so positive and he is very friendly and polite. My mom and I always have great interactions with him.
After getting off the plane from a three hour flight, we were hungry and wanted something pretty quick. We came across Moe's Southwest Grill which is similar to Chipotle but the flavor was definitely delicious. You can tell this is a joint that knows how to bring out the flavor TexMex foods.
The moe meat and cheese burrito was good with the free chips and salsa but I feel like the prices have gone up so much recently. It’s easy to blame inflation but there’s a reason why I now only go here every once in a while. Even though I got a bigger burrito, there isn’t an option to spend less than $10 unless it’s some sort of deal that doesn’t always exist.
