Sadik uncle is the owner of shital pav bhaji. He has spent his entire life only in making pav bhaji. He makes too tasty pav bhaji that we get addicted of that taste and don't go anywhere else once we eat here. Many times I think if shital pav bhaji would not be in mahuva, I would have stopped eating pav bhaji itself and would have switched to another food at some other restaurants.
