They r rude to their employees they r very impatient with workers in training especially their manager Julian or Julie or Jill not professional with how they handle situations I seen one lady sneezed in a customers food before giving it to
I got a cheddar and steak sandwich. It was nothing short of abominable. It was sooooo bad I had to go to 7 11 for something better and by better I mean something I could eat without triggering a gag reflex. The sandwich was soaked in horseradish to the point the the bread was entirely soggy, tried scrapping it off but it still wasn 't edible because the meat and cheese had almost no flavor. The Mac and Cheese was about the quality of EZmac.Service was okay.Ambiance it 's a rest stop, so non existent
Just had a terrible experience here that I wanted to share. Two guys working at the kiosks, huge line at the cashier, I ask the guys at the kiosks whether they were broken and they said no, they were testing them and go ahead and give it a try. Then loomed over my shoulder staring while I’m trying to order. Then the transaction fails and they tell me oh there must be something wrong with my card and there is nothing wrong with the machine. I try again and the transaction fails again. Meanwhile people are staring while the tech insinuates it’s something wrong with my card. They could have just told me it was broken instead of wasting my time and making it a highly embarrassing situation! My card worked fine at the gas station. Besides the kiosk shenanigans, the place was filthy and my hunger wasn’t enough to put me back in the mood to stand in line for Paneras mid breakfast anyway.
Closed at 12:30 and doesn’t open for an hour? Seems like a joke, how tf is any place that serves food closed at lunch time ?
