The best place to get sushi as it is always fresh. A steady stream of customers keeps it that way. I usualy take prepared food from the fridge but you can order a la carte. They offer generous second helings of ginger and soya sauce. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sushi Shop:
I can recall for years I was hoping to have a sushi place in Magog, and I had been visiting Magog since the 80's. Now there are two in Magog!! What a treat! This place looks like a take out place, but actually you can order and eat in too, or you can just pick up the pre-packed sushi and take out, or if you do not want to wait, pick up the pre-packed sushi and eat there. The roles were fine. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either at $90 for 75 pieces, I can't complain. It was worth the price. Service, however, was non existent. This place will do for take out, but for dine in, I do not recommend it. They don't even have plates! We were six people trying to eat with just two platters filled with rolls on dirty tables. The server seemed confused/surprised when we politely asked him to clean the tables. I don't know about this place. It almost seems like the owner checked out and hired a bunch of teenagers to work there and prepare the sushi. I can't remember the last time I tipped poorly (I'm generally not a high maintenance client and tip at least 15% after tax), but I tipped $3 on this outing.
Always had a great experience, sushis always been good and fresh. However recently, i am trying to call each day to make a order, no one ever answer or hang up my call. Also had made a call for a order and they mention me they was not doing sushis for that day wich is very special to heard that. Feel disappointed, always been a good customer and love those sushis but now the service is not 100% good.
It was pretty good sushi for a Sushi Shop! Fresh, tasty and decently priced. Muche better then at other locations I have been to.
Can't comment on the sushi but the tapioca bubbles in the bubble tea had the same texture as cardboard that spent the night in the rain and then was put in a toaster to quickly dry.Just avoid the bubble tea if you come here...
The service at this restaurant was extremely lacking.
