Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Magnolia

I have to update because the smoothies are amazing. The service in this place is terrible! The cafe was closed today. I always wait for my online order in the drive thru. Even when I went into the window, I waited without service. The woman gave me sweaty non-frozen smoothies. She was shocked that I said they had to be made new. This location goes quickly on the hill!

Don't get back to this place. When I came home, I opened my food and found it cold. Cheese wasn't even melted in my Quesadilla. The whole thing looked inconspicuous. The supplement I ordered looked like she was sitting there all day. I was the only vehicle, and they still screwed up my order. Sad, this place was good earlier. Not anymore.

This review is about service and not the product. The smoothies here are delicious. My wife and I love them. The problem is that every time we come here (AND I MEAN EVERY TIME) there is a 15-20min wait for the drive through. Keep in mind this is not the wait for the food/drinks. This is the wait for your order to be taken. This is insane to keep customers waiting for 20min just to place an order. OWNER: please hire an appropriate number of employees so this does not keep happening. Thanks

Worst experience with this place. I?ve been to several other tropical smoothie cafes and this place is the worst. if you think you are going to get tropical flavor, don?t bother coming here. Ordered Acai berry boost, received something with no flavor or taste. Didn't like it all. They made me wait more than 20 mints in the drive through and still did not take my order. Then I went inside and placed the order. They weren?t busy at all. uninterested kids just going about the routine, no smile, no thank you, no enjoy your food.. Never recommend this place to anyone.

We love the menu here and the quality of the smoothies. Unfortunately, I think there is a problem with personnel or management. I hate to say that, but I think the staff is actively trying to turn the customers away. We tried to come here 5 times, and the staff said there were problems every time. As soon as the door has been locked without a sign during business hours. Today we tried again before I called? Are you up and running and able to take orders? Yeah, we're coming for a ride through 5mn after the call and waiting for a while without answer, say hello and they're finally saying hello and tell us quickly? the system is down. We say, but we just called and the employee says? Oh, there it is.? When we pull the drive through the window is locked (hours after they should be opened), as they do not want to take the ride through orders. It seems that employees do not want to serve customers, but I am not sure that they think about the fact that if you do not sell, the business does not make money and must finally close. Sincerely to the owner, I would recommend spending a lot of time in this place very soon. I think your employees are working to get you out of business.
