Royal Farms - Magnolia

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and I got it cold the scrapple was still frozen and when I asked for a syrup he was extremely rude

I ordered chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich and it was fallin apart . Sloppy and messy. Chicken was overly greasy .. hash brown was crispy on the edges but soggy. Disappointment.

Tim gave the best customer service tonight. He was very attentive and friendly. I had to wait for my chicken to be cooked. He informed me right away and kept me updated on my order the whole time. He is definitely an asset to the company and I will be using this Royal Farms location more often because of him.

I went to this location with a friend around 3:40am to grab something to eat. After we ordered our food we went to grab something to drink then heard something fall. It was very loud so we went back to go check it out and it was a pan of chicken. There were two pieces on the floor. At this point, we take notice but continue to shop for other items while discretely paying attention to how this situation is being handled. Another worker walked over to help out and he placed the chicken onto the counter where food is to be prepared. Then, the young woman who dropped the pan threw the two pieces of chicken back into the other pan of prepared chicken. Management should also take look at the cameras from this morning of 8/26 because this is unacceptable and we were very disgusted by what we've witnessed.

I typically don't write reviews for most food places, but Royal Farms is so good that it's the only one in South Jersey that I go to. The customer service was excellent, with a friendly man letting us know that he made the food fresh. He prepared my friends' orders while we enjoyed some fresh, crispy crimson donuts and a free bottle of soda with my meal. The self-checkouts were convenient and easy to use. The food was fresh, hot, and even came with an extra piece. I highly recommend trying out Royal Farms.
