I've been at this location three times now and everyone is very kind but I have to give a shot out to Sam. Two times I have been here her energy is lively and contagious. I went in with my kids and completely forgot that kids ate free. With prices going up and a mother of two, pinching pennies is of the norm for my family. I've been to this location four times in the last month, looking for something a cut above the token sandwich chain. I have to say, when made correctly the sandwich is great. Unfortunately half of my visits have ended with food I paid handsomely for, yet did not eat because it was not made as asked.Stars equal to the amount of times out of four my order has been made correctly. Went for lunch today with my family. The three of them ordered cold subs and I ordered the giant cheesesteak. The manager gave my mom attitude during the initial order after my mom said a number 5 instead of 8 on accident. The sandwiches hadn 't even started to be made yet, but she still rolled her eyes. After about 10 minutes, I went up to the counter and was waiting off to the side, the same manager came up to me and said are you waiting to order? . I said I already ordered, I 'm waiting for a hot sandwich and it 's been a while. She said you can go sit down, we 'll bring it to you when it 's done . 10 minutes later, my family was almost done eating and my mom went up again. The manager was looking around for my sandwich and even went and opened the mobile pickup orders to see if it had been put in the wrong bag. Turns out, they never even started making it! We asked for a refund on my sandwich and I had to go eat somewhere else after my entire family had already eaten. I get it, it happens sometimes when it 's busy. However, the attitude was unnecessary and when I went up to ask after 10 minutes, I was turned away without her even checking on it. Won 't be back to this location
Something needs to change how online orders are done. I dine in and Took 25mins to get a cold sub. Lady in front of me got tired of waiting and got online and ordered her sandwich and got it 10 Minutes before mine. When brought up to staff and manager they both shrugged it off like I didn’t matter. Don’t see myself coming back to this location. Great subs just this location could use better caring staff
Had the club sub. Turkey, roast beef and ham. Yummy. Philly cheese steak sub hot and good. Lots of peppers and onions.
