Went on a Monday evening and I managed to get my drink within a minute after ordering. Staff was attentive and nice. I ordered the Thai sunset drink and it tasted amazing compared to all the various boba drinks I’ve had before. The tea flavor was captivating, but not too strong. The boba was soft/lightly chewy. I love the design on the cups with the cute bears. View all feedback.
What S lin doesn't like about Boba Tea, Bubble Tea Tea Bear Teahouse:
The drink was awful and the clerk's service attitude was terrible as well. I don't know how this business is still open. I hope no one else has to experience the same disappointment. View all feedback.
Absolutely worst service I had everywhere! I waited 35 minutes, was asked what my order was 3 times, and finally asked for my money back. 3 people work and they couldn't even find the tassen they put on the order stickers. organization and time management are seriously missing. when I expressed why I wanted to return my money, the girl was very rude, argued that it is not her fault, and that I will never be definitiw again.
10/10!! This place is amazing you can tell in the taste of the boba pearls that they are hand made and not store bought I want to hug the genius that came up with the number 1 Thai matcha with matcha boba *chefs kiss* vary kind staff and gave good suggestions I wish I lived closer to this Paradise
The tea is great, I actually like the tapioca balls they use. But, the dumplings are what does it for me here. Man they are good, and definately the best in Magnolia. Give them a try the next time you get a tea.
The only reason they even get a star is because the drinks we’re in fact original and delicious. We got mangolava and grasshopper. However, it is never worth the circus they might call service. We waited 45 minutes for drinks. We saw all the other customers were frustrated, too. They couldn’t get their act together to save their lives. We even asked the “manager”—oldest person there (not 16) what was going on.It’s a shame.Hope they get their act together.
I really wanted to like this place. We waited so long for them to open and were so excited! It really does feel like this place has a lot of potential but unfortunately it just isn’t there yet. The teas are weak and artificial and the house boba is ALWAYS undercooked or overcooked. I’ve even had both in the same drink… The place also is run by maskless 15 year olds who have never had a job. They’re nice but they’re absolutely terrible at making drinks. Please work on the menu and train your staff better. As of right now, it’s better to drive an extra 7 miles to another shop and get tea made right. You have so much potential, don’t waste it!
