Little Caesar's - Magna

We paid 6 dollars for 4 sauces and only got two sauces. For the most expensive sauces i have ever had in my life im EXTREMELY disappointed. I would like my $3.60 back if possible. For outrageous prices its so ridiculous that they miss that. I did not spend 6 dollars for just 2 sauces or id never have baught them in the first place. The food is great, but this isnt the first time sauces have been missed on my order.

Bread sticks were hard. I asked for lightly cooked. Pizza was over cooked. So it was dry The onlything right was the Pepsi Maybe have employees read instructions if you are going to have the options on the app

The ride through is always great, but DON'T order delivery online. The order is never right and it is more expensive (they go through door hoses and they are terrible). Our recent interaction was not able to get a stop of the driver. When he showed up, he was missing pieces of order, we asked him where the rest was. He said something in Spanish, schroff and left. We called the store and informed that it must have been a mistake, and we could drive in to pick up the other pieces. But then what is the point of online ordering? The delivery fee was almost half the order; Why would we pay to get our food later and drive. The reason we ordered online is that we don't feel good. I was told that there is nothing they could do about the phone to get the food we paid to have delivered and we had to come in. Finally, I didn't feel good enough to go in and my wife went in to get a refund. They gave her the soda and told her to call the door for the refund. She told them she didn't want to talk to others and they reimbursed them. I guess the point is, the little Caesars part is brilliant, but they partner with door sill and the door shower part is terrible, so simply not order delivery? The Little Caesars staff are super nice and they always do a great job it stinks just that they use turquoise.

Terrible service. I've had 5 pizzas that I've ordered lately and they have all been the wrong order. This location needs to be closed so the can hire new management and employees instead of lazy highschoolers that don't care about the quality of their work. The last manager Ryan(R.I.P) didn't let any pizza go out that didnt look satisfactory.

Agreed to wait 10 minutes for a thin crust pizza. 35 minutes later with multiple other orders after mine already delivered I had to call and wait five more minutes for them to bring it out with no apology or anything. Very disappointing and a huge lack of consideration for their customers.
