Cataloochee Ranch is the most beautiful venue in the world. The mountain views from the ceremony site are breathtaking and the newly renovated events space the “hayloft” at the barn is both well thought out and stunning. Even if we had bad weather (luckily it was sunny) the venue would have been perfect. They have an awesome back patio and there were friendly horses in the nearby field for great photos. The staff are amazing and took care of everything. They were so welcoming and attentive to our guests. The food was unbelievably delicious both hors d’oeuvres and dinner. We were a little nervous about being the first wedding since they renovated the space, but the event team was helpful and accommodating throughout the planning process. If you love the smoky mountains, this is the place for you.
