We popped in here for a cup of tea on our arrival in Magdeburg. It is a very traditional cafe restaurant with lots of old photos of the city. Service was just wonderful, very friendly and helpful and the tea was excellent too. A nice start to our visit. View all feedback.
What EvaF2Eva doesn't like about Alt Magdeburg:
The cafe itslef is nicely decorated and it could be very nice if there was 25% tables less. They try to place there as many customers as possible. Tables are so close to each other that it was almost like we were all sitting at one table. Additionally plenty of people walking here and there in order to choose the cake at the desk. My capucino was far from a good one and cake so terribly sweet that I couldn't eat it.... View all feedback.
Had a delicious breakfast in the courtyard. The service that was short on its own was very friendly and accommodating. The special flair of the art of Hundertwasser made our visit perfect! Thank you.
I found it very nice there. The ambience was very appealing and the drinks and the ice cream have also tasted very well. The Pesonal was also fast and friendly.
Thanks for the nice hospitality. Of course, we wish you a lot of success and many cost-intensive customers that allow you to bring your business through the heavy time. We'll be back.
We liked it very well there. We have breakfast 2x and moved this place to the hotel. Very interesting illustrations on the walls. The staff wasn't super fast now, but we're not hungry. The café in the Hundertwasser house.
Great ambience and delicious cakes. The old photos on the walls take you on a time trip.
