Good evening everyone, the kitchen is so-so. Dinner was spoiled, delivery wishes to be better. All products were mixed. Everything in one container. In the future, I will not contact this institution. Very sad guys. Всем добрый вечер кухня так себе. Ужин был испорчен, доставка желает быть лучше. Все продукты были перемешаны. Все в одном контейнере. В дальнейшем не обращусь в данное заведение. Очень печально ребята.

For several years I have only ordered pizza, rolls, etc. here. But the last two orders were terrible: 1. delivery was 2.5 hours, they brought baked ice rolls as if from a refrigerator. They brought me two sets of rolls, I immediately weighed them and it turned out like this: I paid more than 2,500 rubles for 2 sets, the weight of which together was 980 grams. Calling for the first and second time with a complaint, I ran into rudeness with an explanation I don’t like it, don’t order more.

The service is at the proper level, but the quality of cooking leaves much to be desired. The rolls are tasteless, the baked rolls smell like fried fish of not the first quality, the sweet dish was fried in rancid oil (apparently the deep fryers have not been changed for a long time). The place is not accessible for the disabled. And by the way, very expensive.

Terrible service. On 03/31/2019 they refused to fulfill the order only because delivery to the hotel was required. They said that they don’t deliver to hotels ... This is the first time I’ve encountered this. I tried to call the contact numbers, both numbers are dropped. Unfortunately the quality of the food could not be assessed.
