But on visit we are totally disappointed, wi... read more We took rooms at this hotel for the temple visit with family on Oct/27/2023 looking at the pictures at the website. But on visit we are totally disappointed, with the cleanliness of the room, the bedsheets and towels are provided are very dirty. There was bad smell on the beds and pillows they provided also could see yellowish stains on the bed, all together we can't sleep. When it come to the bathrooms, it was very dirty unhygienic and unhealthy to use. It was our bad that we didn't read the reviews provided by customers and took rooms there.

Service and room is very bad. We had booked rooms a week before our trip . But when we reached there at mid night around 12:30, they didn’t even done all the setup in the rooms. Hotel staff is very rude . We reached in mid night with family of 12 members from all the age groups, and staff was not able to allocate the rooms for us . Since we booked the rooms from the one of the booking site and received the confirmation a week ago, but they were not able to find our booking in their system and allocate the rooms on arrival. After the search more than 30 mins in the mid night, they got the booking details and then allocated the rooms. They didn’t provide any any water bottles and when did we ask they said, they have RO in ground floor and get the water by yourself. Not at all a good hotel, and no hot water before 6 am. This is also one of the drawbacks. Not recommended for family

Definitely a budget friendly and consumer friendly accommodation. Very near to Madurai Railway Station and easily accessible to Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple.... read more Definitely a budget friendly and consumer friendly accommodation. Very near to Madurai Railway Station and easily accessible to Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple. We are a family of four members and stayed in the king suite of the hotel. Bit costly compared to the regular deluxe rooms. But it's worth the cost as we lived the life king size during our stay
