I am from madryn and gastronomic, we went on a Sunday at half a day in the family, we enjoyed the place as if we were on vacation, we ate spectacular, the attention of ten, what I most got than the animals that have, are super clean, the children can touch them, the truth a beautiful experience.
Unfortunately experience as my husband and I, who know the services and restaurants of the area, decided to take a French friendly marriage, to visit for a few days to eat and meet this place and seemed appropriate to celebrate the birthday of our friend, spend a day of field, eat a typical meal and enjoy the stay services san josé that is recent and not well known, so we thought it would be good to meet her together. I made the corresponding reservation with 1 day in advance, to the phones that indicate the website and the advertising of the brochures. I was told that lunch was under reservation, and that it consisted of an entrance, grilled meat and variety of salads all at discrepancy, including a dessert, the drink was not included. I consulted for the value: $ 200 per person, it seemed correct according to everything that was offered, also added to a folkloric show that was offered during lunch. They always telephoned me that the folk show started at 13.30h and having made my reservation with 1 day in advance, I decided to confirm the next day that we would arrive later, to what we were told that the table would be reserved but that the musical show would have already begun. That's just what we're told. When we arrived at 14hs the place and its surroundings were very pleasant, rustic, with farm animals, an authentic house set with animals, stables, enough space to travel, and a rather new galp where the restaurant "the tied cow" works. We came in, it was crowded, the music filled the place, sat down and there started the worst. The kind and smiling waitress who attended us told us what our table was. At that time he should have told us that given the time we arrived there could not be everything that the menu included...... but he only explained to us that we should serve the salads because there was no more entry (the entrance told us it was a bite), there was nothing left and that she would bring the meat in the brazier. We asked for the drinks and started serving the....assailed: there were several empty salads and only 2 with grilled vegetables and carrots with egg. We were 4 people, there was not too much, but we served and started to have lunch....he brought the meat: a few portions of lamb (only 4 and small). Then we asked for more salads and we were told that they would come and bring more. They never brought more because the nice moza then told us there was no more. behind it came a lady who seemed to be from the kitchen I asked if at least she could prepare us a simple salad of lettuce and tomato, to which she replied that there was nothing else..........but that she could bring papa and egg salad. fulfilled and brought that salad..... they picked up other meat portions and as our lunch passed we saw that the other tables started eating their dessert: flan. When we finished our lunch, we asked for dessert and oh surprise.......there was no more.! the shame was such that my husband decided to go to the counter to speak with the responsible, it turned out to be one of the owners sr walter ledros, and he presented to him all our complaints that it is not worth repeating again, saying this we intended to have some apology or restitution and obviously a discount on our bill since it was definitely not served us what it was. the result of this situation was a meagre discount of $80 on a bill of $1020, so we paid $940. Instead of being a gift to our friend, we felt that it was an unpleasant moment that could have been cured with a few apologies and without having had to argue for Mr.Walter to understand our disgrace. Not according to this scam attitude, I went and asked personally to speak to him, to tell him that all this could have been avoided if they had respected our reservation, that we had made it guaranteeing with this the right to our lunch with all that the $200 included for each of the diners. The most unfortunate of all was that walter tested a very unconvincing explanation, arguing that although the restaurant has capacity for 120 people, not all of them had come with reserve! .... and that when we arrived before, everyone who arrives before advances with the salads, the entrance and good .... they were left without food. now I wonder: if when I called to warn that we would have come a little later just to confirm that we would go, only After this counter chat by means and in front of our friends, walter asked the ATM to return us $ 200 but it should be clear that we were never apologized for all this bad time and that on the contrary, he said it was the first time someone complained. Personally I think this type of attitude is not a good example of "Quality in customer service" or "quality in customer service". This is not COMMERCIAL honesty.I just hope that our experience will serve so that no one has to spend this nasty moment that only left us a bitter drop and obviously no wins to come back. Would you recommend it???????... ..NOOO!!!
If you get the good food and nature this is your ideal place in harbor madryn, prices and...More
Very nice place to connect with nature and eat a tasty dish with local salads.

It is a different place to enjoy the outdoors, very well-kept. After lunch you can stay to take mate under the tamariscos or take some walk x the place. Highly recommended!
