I am a loyal fan of this restaurant and have been following the brand since it first arrived in Spain. However, I have noticed a management issue in Spain, with complaints of mistreatment towards their workers. The central office in Spain seems to be pressuring the store manager, who in turn pressures the staff. This has unfortunately resulted in several cases of anxiety among employees. Although some products are somewhat expensive, they also have things with quite good prices and the quality of the products and the work they do as a company is very good. I highlight the solid shampoo, soaps, masks and tonics, which, in my opinion, have a good price for the quality and freshness of the ingredients, give very good result and fit a lot!
