Capim Veganeria - Madrid

The chestnut, spinach, and vegan cheese dish at this restaurant is absolutely amazing, so much so that I will definitely be ordering it again. It has been tried by non-vegan members of my family during this Christmas season and they were blown away. The presentation is fantastic. I ordered it with roasted onion and zucchini on the side. I also tried the oatmeal and spinach dish which was equally delicious. I am already planning to come back for lunch tomorrow. The portion size was generous and the service was excellent. Overall, a great dining experience.

I wish I could stay for lunch tomorrow. I also ordered a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. Highly recommended!
