The fi... read more We went back here twice in the 2 and a half days we were in Madrid, had been craving bubble tea after a week of travelling and was quite happy with this! The first time we went, I had a fruit tea; the second I had a milk tea which I preferred. They have popping boba too, which we don't have too much of in Canada yet so it was interesting and I kept getting it. The service was good both those times we went and it's such a cute aesthetic shop in a central location. We also had another stop in Madrid before we left Spain so we came back that day, this was about 2 weeks later, near the end of September, and that time it was absolutely PACKED. Both times we went early-mid September there was maybe one other customer in front of us. But at this point it was so crowded in the store (which is really small), and it seemed like there were only 3 people working. We had to wait a little while to get our order in, then wait outside for our names to be called and they weren't calling loud enough so my boyfriend crowded in and waited inside. I don't think they're quite equipped for busy rushes like that. Otherwise, loved ZenZoo, and we went to the location in Barcelona too.
