I had a short window for lunch but still wanted good food (not fast food)The service was quick and really good.
VIPS is a convenience store chain in Madrid thats also a sit-down cafeteria-style place with a colorful menu.
I enjoyed the sangria and the waiters were nice. The Kentucky sandwich was overall good and so was the starter combo plate. Good place for not so expensive.
