They told me they would send it and they are disregarding the issue, moreover, they hang up my phone when I call. I did not ask for a dye or claim anything, among other things so that the waiter was not abroncated but when checking that I had forgotten it I called, they told me to be calm and I'm still waiting. They are the most informal with what I have encountered.
