Inappropriate and regrettable answer! I don't understand that food can be served to customers and even less, after warning them, be charged. Unfortunately, the manager for the last bull offered to put something to drink to invite us.

Hacía mucho frío dentro del local, no había casi ninguna gente en el salón, los pocos que estábamos tuvimos que dejar puestos nuestros abrigos para poder comer a una temperatura adecuada. Pedimos un plato que tuvo un sabor y olor desagradable, así que le pedimos a una camarera que lo retirara. Lo hizo amablemente, pero al pedir la cuenta nos dimos cuenta de que el plato en cuestión había sido cargado. Se lo comentamos y nos dijeron que no se había devuelto todo el plato y que debían cobrarnos. ¡Respuesta lamentable e inadecuada! No entiendo cómo un restaurante puede servir una comida que no está al nivel esperado y, además, cobrarla después de haberla devuelto. ¡Lamentable! El gerente del local nos ofreció alguna bebida como cortesía para disculparse...

Tapas was a cut over a typical tapas bar. Really extraordinary. Tet prices were quite reasonable. But they did not honor our confirmed reservation. First aid. No entiendo cómo pueden servir comida a los clientes y, aún después de nuestra queja, seguir cobrándonos por algo que no quisimos comer. ¡Increíble! Al final, el gerente nos ofreció una bebida para disculparse...
