Pretty good spot for tacos. Pretty cheap, fast and decent in taste. Wasn’t a fan of the mole taco but the rest are all pretty good. Quesadilla as well.
Best tacos I’ve had in the EU hands down. Wow wow wow! The tamale verde was my fave. Group of three we ordered almost two of everything. Wow. Will be back. The prices are a no brainer. It’s like a taco truck in PV or Mexico City Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
In my experience in Spain, it’s sometimes difficult to find good, authentic Mexican food. This place beat my expectations! They have a wide selection of tacos, tamales, quesadillas, and desserts. If you go for lunch between 2-4pm Monday-Friday, you can get the “menú del día” which includes a selection of a side (nachos with guacamole or with refried beans), 4 tacos you can select, a drink, and a dessert for only 8,50€! It was a great deal in my opinion. Every part of the meal was great. The guacamole tasted freshly made, the tacos were amazing, the elote was delicious! I also ordered a guayaba margarita, which was really good also. If you’re ever Madrid and are craving some good Mexican food, I HIGHLY recommend you check out this taco bar!
I happened on this place while walking around Chamberi and decided to take a look. I 've lived in Mexico before and I know what proper Mexican food is like so I was curious to see how it shaped up. I certainly wasn 't disappointed! The chicken 'mole ' was absolutely delicious and the tamales were yet like the first ones I tried way back when. There are three types of chilli sauce and the hottest was mind (and mouth)-blowing. All in all, a nice little spot to pop in and enjoy some great hand-made tacos with that real maize taste. Highly recommended
I just ate here with my daughter, because we live a block away and I've walked by wondering if it's good. Well it was! I asked for a recommendation and went with the pastor and the carnitas tacos both were delicious! The tortilla was fresh, the beer was cold, the extra salsa picante. We sat at the counter and would definitely come back again! It is very casual and on a very social block in Chamberi. Highly recommend if this is the type of place you are looking for. We'll be back! They also have a menu del dia that we'll come back to try.
