I asked for a recommendation and went wit... read more I just ate here with my daughter, because we live a block away and I've walked by wondering if it's good. Well it was! I asked for a recommendation and went with the pastor and the carnitas tacos both were delicious! The tortilla was fresh, the beer was cold, the extra salsa picante. We sat at the counter and would definitely come back again! It is very casual and on a very social block in Chamberi. Highly recommend if this is the type of place you are looking for. We'll be back! They also have a menu del dia that we'll come back to try.

I 've lived in Mexico before and I know what proper Mexican food is like so I was curious to see how it shaped up. I certainly wasn 't disappointed! The chicken 'mole ' was absolutely delicious and the tamales were yet like the first ones I tried way back when. There are three types of chilli sauce and the hottest was mind (and mouth)-blowing. All in all, a nice little spot to pop in and enjoy some great hand-made tacos with that real maize taste. Highly recommended
