The meat was cooked to perfection and full of herbal flavours. Tomato salad with onions was a great compliment to our meal. It may seem a bit pricey for such simple recepies, but the quality of ingredients and the cooking techniques are worth every penny. We started with some tickets that we love, we tested its famous and very good tortilla in the style of betanzos, impressive croquettes and melosous calluses and also riquísimos. Finally, we tried a 2600 kg 4 chop and ended up sharing desserts. I hadn't been to the new restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised. They have undoubtedly positioned themselves as the temple of the flesh in Madrid. I also want to point out that the service was very good, its maitre, bernardo and a young waiter made us feel at home, something that is appreciated and that joins our motives to return.
