The guy with the blond/pink hair is one of the worst servers I’ve ever had, in general though the staff was rushing and rude. I thought it was because they were short staffed but in reality they were just workers with poor work ethic and customer service. Only a very small section of the roof top has a great view. Prices weren’t worth it either. You’re better off making a reservation at RIU Rooftop, they actually have quality food, beverages and employees. Sky 44 was the WORST place I’ve been to in Madrid.

The food and coffee are very mid, and the bacon tastes fake. But the orange juice slaps.

Had to flag down the waiter multiple times for him to come over and when he did a male friend had a request. Instead of turning to me to see why be was flagged down he turned and left me calling after him. The disrespect continued when he came for a second time only to smile absent minded and make us repeat ourselves to be able to take the food order. Absolut horror. Avoid at all cost
