I both liked the Flat White and the... read more Small place in the Mercado de Vallehermoso which never disappoints: This is the place to go for top notch specialty coffee. I both liked the Flat White and the Espresso. Not only a café but also a roastery I particularly liked their Columbian coffee (pour over). One of the best in Madrid (and a good example that coffee doesn't have to taste extremely bitter in Spain).
