Every bit of dinner was wonderful, starting with a spectacular Spanish white wine suggested by Filo, who was one of our two waiters. Appetizers were excellent, particularly the monkfish, which was suggested by Johnny. The codfish croquetas that were provided were delicious. I must say that the service provided by Filo and Johnny was the best, and they treated us as if we were family! The main dishes were excellent. I enjoyed the sea bass, which was one of the best prepared seafood dishes I have had in a very long time. Desserts were also incredible, especially the Manchego cheesecake, which was a great way to end our dinner. Rafa was fantastic. Special thank you to Filo and Johnny, who were both amazing. We will absolutely be back to Rafa!!
