Excellent choice, seafood paella, good wine de cantered and everything. Off the beaten track, simple decor, looks like a kebab shop from the outside. But good food, excellent service. View all feedback.
Everything was delicious! Very fresh and exactly what we wanted, we had lobsters and mussels paella, croquettes and garlic shrimps. Very nice, well-run restaurant. Very recommended!
That was the worst restaurant in Madrid. Directly away the waiters were very hostile, it seemed that they were delivered by the discount of the fork (provided the quality/price ratio, it was lucky that we did). They did not try to help people who do not speak Spanish understand what was going on, even to correct them in a hard way when they tried to speak the language. They did not salute us on the way out, although we were the only customers in the restaurant section. The food was disappointing, they even screwed up our orders for the paella. 3 people of our group had problems after that. The desert was not at home and very disappointing. Overall, we were not satisfied with the restaurant and even mad at the way we were treated. La Puerta de Atocha is a place that tries to be a chic restaurant, but really is just a railway station Taverne. Don't go!
Quiero volver pronto.
