Is with difference the best bread of madrid and the best I have ever tasted, in general. prices are something high, but you're paying for an absolutely surprising cinnamon bread and bowls, this site makes bread as if it were an art, and not indotrial trash. Congratulations! edito: I have been reading the reviews and I have impacted the local responses to small reviews, you need to improve the chic@s attitude, you can't give that image in the networks because it ruins the excellent image that your bread gives!

Quality ensured in so products and friendliness of the deal makes it worth paying a little more

Better than so competitors as mother yeast follow the standard of quality of the bread of the agricultural ministry correctly and it is noted in the quality of the product. well done!

Very good quality breads. of the best I have seen in Madrid

It's best to book by phone. Focaccias are too rich!

This Madrid bakery is so popular that you have to call and reserve a loaf ahead of time. We reserved one of the sourdough loaves, and it was great — not as good as the best sourdough we've had in San Francisco, but certainly the best we had in Spain. We even discovered that the owner of our favorite local bakery in New York, Sullivan Street Bakery, made a visit there recently. There's a cheese shop next door as well, but it was closed on both Sunday and Monday when we went. I have an allergy to all nuts, and the staff were well informed about the ingredients in the different breads and baked goods. The sourdough was totally safe, as was a croissant we bought there too.

The brainchild of former Graphic Designer Javier Marca, Panic ushered in a new era of baking when it opened in 2012, Madrid’s prior lack of artisan Loaves soon flourishing and still anchored today by six basic styles sold at Calle de Conde Duque 13. Mixing modern thinking and classic technique, essentially a workshop across from Conde Duque cultural center, it is prior to Panic’s 09h30 opening that a small queue starts to develop including locals, tourists, old and young alike. Focused more on Bread than Pastry, but well-priced across Wheat, Rye, Spelt and organic Grains amidst Sourdough, travelers are fortunate to find half-Loaves available surrounded by hearty Crust, the Crumb’s texture precise with just the right amount of stretch whether in Marca’s Centeno or unparalleled Cinnamon Roll that frequently sells out before it has time to cool.

Wow. I’m blown away by the chocolate roll — soooo chewy and moist and pure deliciousness I’m super picky about my cinnamon rolls too so this place is definitely impressive and worth it! Price per person: €1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
