Feedback
This place... from the welcoming petite staircase off a historical still relevant street in Madrid, into a beautiful warm and classy interior, greeted by the maitre'd with his amicable demeanor, served by a skillful waitor and presented to food so rich in taste that you forget that you're not in your grandmother's kitchen.. The exclusive feeling of being the only table surely elevated the experience, but the restaurant's intimacy can easily support many more tables and the same experience..
Lobo 8 is a gastronomic restaurant in a luxury hotel at a very affordable price. The menu is inspired by the travels of a young chef, Angelo, who has worked in Asia, Northern Europe and Latin America. Imagine the possibility of flavors that you can taste. And the truth is that the same thing happened to my partner and me. Sergio's desserts, the pastry cook, are subtle and very different. I name the pineapple with tamarind and mezcal jelly and the chocolate cake inspired by the flavor of the After Eight. Maytre Raúl is impeccable, his pairing was very special and always attentive and friendly. Javier treated us as if we were the guests of his house and the aperitif cocktails of Lobbyto, his cocktail bar, worthy of the best bars in the world like the Savoy or Dante Caffe. The atmosphere is quiet, ideal for conversation, music: excellent jazz, and even if there were customers you notice the class that makes you feel the place. Undoubtedly new discovery and has already become headline when we visit Madrid.
