I was really hoping that a place named Las Bravas would have exceptional Patatas Bravas. They were good but not great; many other places easily had better offerings. We tried both the white sauce and the red sauce. Pretty middle of the road!

It's not amazingly good but I guess that it can be a nice stop. Bravas is the name of the sauce that they can put on everything! So overall it's good but of course it's not the little typical restaurant (even though the pig ears and the Bravas sauce are very typical).

A trip to Madrid has to include a stop at Las Bravas, where my favorite is the tortilla española made to order. It doesn't get better than this.
