Thanks for such warm welcome and customer delight …and thanks for your kind advice to taste your Norwegian Salmon .. what an incredible dish .. so this place is not only paella .. it’s more than this .. doing countdown for coming back to Madrid and seeing my daughter there .. and having our family dinner in this place together once again .

The environment, as I said not great, but cared for; the staff ready, kind and fast; the room manager (the owner will also present us immediately as a menu outside and/or the most appreciated specialties; suggests a smoked salmon appetizer; a little doubtful I consent; I am amazed, indeed, we are both: I don't know how they got such a delight from a plate full of raw notes. even rice, their battle horse was really very good. maybe I had put extra seafood, but still inexplicable perfect place both for a romantic dinner, and for a convivial table of friends or relatives; great also for a business lunch, as in my caseenjoy and keep it swallowed
