La Armonia - Madrid

This property is located in the Madrid district of Salamanca, next to the famous calle serrano and two km from the stadium of Berbéu. the rooms of the melia madrid serrano are comfortable and have air conditioning, a modern decoration, flat-screen satellite tv, pillow menu, wifi and bathroom with top quality toiletries. This hotel also offers exclusive rooms and services at the level. level guests have private access to the level lounge, with a private terrace on the seventh floor. In it you can taste excellent drinks, snacks and tapas in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. There is also a private lounge and a work area with internet connection. In addition, the level offers services such as private lobby and check-out, private buffet breakfast, pillow menu, nespresso coffee area and top-quality toiletries.

The great hotel and the very good service. Flaws? I don't see normal that a 4-star hotel doesn't have a hairdryer in the bathroom. the team in the poor room. working table down. And the chairs don't work. not one. large table impossible to sit in the refrigerator and safe. arms without doors.

Excellent location. the super quiet area surrounded by very good restaurants and terraces. some shops nearby. breakfast is of high quality, very varied with gluten-free options. Very friendly staff. it has a terrace and swimming pool although we did not know that it would be closed at the time when we stayed. spaces very wide and impeccable.

We came from valencia to spend the weekend to madrid , we always chose melia for the treatment and comfort of the rooms . in this case the great room with views of the av. and the large and very comfortable bed, super hair dryer and has iron. the location of the hotel is great as it is in the middle of the center and it is very easy to access restaurants and luxury shops of the serrano street. Now well, at night we arrived early and my husband asked for some ice to an employee who had, the very attentive guy gave us two glasses with ice but then the manager threw a sprout that we heard from the elevator for having given us the ice. fatal! it was Saturday. 9 at night. the next day we took a pulley and a chamomile waiting for some friends and charged us €10, it seems excessive since being housed in the hotel they should not have those prices. I don't know if we will come back why there is more melia in madrid . but considered that the customer service in these hotels is always 10 and in this case I wouldn't score it with a 5.
