I'm not really sure how a 3 star michelin cook could have chosen the lobby of the doubletree hotels for a sushi restaurant, but I'm pretty sure that the ambiente kills this place. it is almost behind the check in writing so that the whole night they get uplifted music. the restaurant was completely empty on a Friday night. the staff was very friendly. the food was in order, but not in all an omakase worthy restaurant...
