El restaurante es muy pequeño, por lo que lo hace muy acogedor y con excelente servicio ya que solo es atendido por la familia y con una amabilidad inigualable. La comida es espectacular, desde las entradas hasta el postre. Su especialidad las angulas no tienen igual. Las mejores torrijas que he comido.

I went to this restaurant with high expectations. Due to personal reasons I arrived the place after my wife did, she already have had ordered what seems to be the only two dishes available: Angulas and lobster. First came the grill lobsters ordered. They were gigants, I mean, hudge!! Of course I new immediately that my wife did a mistake ordering those sea monsters, in the first place because this type of sea food are charged by weight and because their age (very old ones), the meet would be without any taste. It happened as I expected, the lobster was tasteless. I just ate a few bites, it was terrible. Then the angulas came to our table. The quality of these tiny fishes was just average. The best we had? a 25 euros bottle of white wine. You can find better angulas in other restaurants in Madrid where you can have it for 100 euros the 100 grs. The bill came and I couldn’t believe it. A total of more than 500 euros!!! (almost US$600) for two old lobsters that we didn’t ate because it tasteless and 200grs (100grs each of us) of angulas. Everything served in a very common Spanish tavern. A real tourist trap that should be avoided.
